Details of the Job/Internship
Copenhagen Infrastructure Service Company (CISC) is hiring a Manager, Legal Counsel with 6–8 years of relevant experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Negotiate and manage EPC contracts for wind and solar projects.
- Handle project finance, development, and commercial contracts including PPAs and leases.
- Coordinate litigation with external counsel.
- Ensure legal compliance in company secretarial and governance matters.
- Draft and finalize sourcing, O&M, JV, and shareholder agreements.
- Support regulatory, permits, real estate issues, and title searches.
- Advise on NDA negotiations, HR, and administrative legal matters.
Eligibility
- LLB or higher from a reputed law school; must be qualified to practice in India.
- 6–8 years of legal experience, preferably in top-tier law firms and renewable energy sector.
- Proficient in commercial contracts, legal documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
