Details of the Job/Internship
CyberArk is hiring Legal Counsel to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice to various departments in India and throughout the company, such as Sales and Channels.
- Product Management and R&D, Marketing, Human Resources and Corporate Finance.
- Collaborate with leadership team to design/implement effective HR and Compliance programmes.
- Manage and negotiate Indian and cross-jurisdictional commercial transactions for Go-to-Market departments.
- Including SaaS and software license agreements, channel partner agreements and data privacy/information.
- Security schedules.
- Manage and negotiate vendor agreements and support regional procurement processes for Product & Technology departments.
- Contribute to the Legal Team's internal initiatives to support CyberArk's rapid growth, such as automation/ efficiency and adoption of new technologies.
Eligibility
- Qualified legal counsel with a right to practice in India and called to the Indian Bar Association.
- Fluency in speaking, drafting, and negotiating in English; other language skills or dual legal qualification an advantage.
- 8+ years of experience working at a leading law firm and global technology company, ideally which sells.
- SaaS/self-hosted software to global customers.
- Familiarity with local labor/workplace laws and implementing associated policies and controls.
