Details of the Job/Internship

Cyient is hiring a legal counsel to join them in Hyderabad office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• The employee will be part of Global Compliance team and responsible to:
• Ensure adherence to governance and internal policies across all Cyient entities.
• Enhance and implement internal compliance policies and procedures such as the Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Conflict of Interest, Gifts and Hospitality, and Trade compliance to name a few.
• Develop, enhance, and deliver compliance training programs, e-modules, mailers, and posters for all internal policies for the associates.
• Establish a process for third-party due diligence by collaborating with stakeholders.
• Develop and implement a risk-based annual compliance monitoring plan & execution.
• Create a network of Compliance Champions across Cyient to foster a culture of compliance.
• Maintain comprehensive records of compliance activities and provide monthly/quarterly updates to Compliance Committees.

Salary/Stipend
