Cyient DLM Limited is hiring for the position of Legal Counsel with 4 to 5 years of experience to join their New Delhi office. 

Role and Responsibilities

The Legal Counsel will be responsible for tasks such as providing legal advice, review of customer and vendor contracts and negotiation, legal drafting, employment and trade unions related advisory and addressing legal issues related to the company's operations and compliance.

Eligibility

• Minimum 4-5 years of post qualification experience.
• Experience in contract review and negotiations, compliance and policy, employment. matters, general corporate advisory, litigation.
• Familiarity with expectation relates to customer facing roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• LLB/LLM degree from a reputed university.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
