DAMAC Properties is hiring a Legal Counsel – Contracts to join their office in Noida, India.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and corporate contracts including NDAs, MOUs, vendor and service agreements, and SPAs.
• Provide legal advice on contract terms, risk allocation, and compliance.
• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle including drafting, negotiation, execution, renewal, and archiving.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as procurement, finance, and operations teams.
• Identify legal and commercial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Maintain contract templates and standard operating procedures.
• Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments and communicate relevant updates.

Salary/Stipend
