Datta Infra is hiring Legal Counsels to join their office in Gurugram.
- Department: In-House Legal.
- No of Positions: 2.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead the legal team in providing comprehensive legal support to all business units.
- Drafting, negotiation, and management of complex contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Manage high-stakes disputes and litigation, including coordination with external counsel and representation in negotiations.
- Provide strategic legal advice to senior management on a broad range of legal issues, including risk management, compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Develop and implement legal policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
- Mentor and guide junior legal team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Eligibility
- 3-5 Years PQE.
- The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in contract drafting, negotiation, management, and dispute resolution.
- Candidates with familiarity with Electricity Laws will be preferred.
