Details of the Job/Internship
Dentsu is hiring a Legal Associate at a junior level to join their Mumbai office. The role involves supporting and managing legal work, providing advice to stakeholders, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, and assisting in compliance and risk management initiatives.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice to stakeholders to ensure compliance and protect Dentsu’s commercial interests.
- Draft, negotiate, and advise on commercial agreements.
- Support commercial teams in contractual negotiations to achieve favorable legal and business terms.
- Deliver legal templates, advice, and risk management guidance to support company strategy.
- Assist in developing and delivering training and legal risk management initiatives for senior management.
- Help implement best practices in compliance, contract management, intellectual property, data protection, IT, litigation, and M&A.
- Assist in cost-effective handling of litigation and disputes, including timely and accurate reporting.
Eligibility
- Ability to provide junior-level legal support across commercial, compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Knowledge of contract drafting, risk management, and legal advisory.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
