Dentsu is hiring a Legal Counsel with experience in commercial and contract law to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate routine commercial agreements, primarily in media, advertising, IP, and data.

• Advise on contract interpretation, audits, disputes, and negotiation strategies.
• Support new commercial initiatives from a legal perspective.
• Assist commercial and finance teams in client and supplier contract negotiations.
• Assess legal risks in client contracts and communicate priorities effectively.
• Deliver legal training and risk management updates to senior management.
• Support contract compliance and implement best practices in legal processes.

Eligibility

Qualified legal professional with relevant experience in commercial contracts, preferably in the media and advertising sector.

Salary/Stipend
