Details of the Job/Internship
ExxonMobil Services & Technology Private Limited is hiring a Legal Counsel with 3–6 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements and related documents.
- Provide compliance support and legal advice on corporate and business matters.
- Advise on legal aspects of company activities and cross-border operations.
- Support strategic business decisions with sound legal judgment.
Eligibility
- Law degree from a reputable law school.
- 3–6 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical, research, and business judgment skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of an integrated team.
- Preferred: Experience in a multinational corporate legal department or oil and gas industry. Company Secretary qualification is desirable but not essential.
