 Finlo is hiring a Legal Counsel to join their office in Latvia.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice, contract negotiation, preparing legal documents, addressing legal issues, and offering expert legal guidance on various matters within the organization.

Eligibility

• Legal Advice and Law Skills.
• Contract Negotiation and Legal Document Preparation in the law of obligations.
• Experience in handling legal issues in the law of obligations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance is a plus.
• Law degree or equivalent qualification.

Salary/Stipend
