Details of the Job/Internship
Fiserv is hiring a legal counsel with 8 years of experience to join them in Thane office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Responsible for working closely with senior management at Fiserv. He/She will work on some of the most exciting payments/fintech transactions being carried out at the company and which will require him/her to work with stakeholders inside and externally.
- Will be responsible for supporting the Legal team of Fiserv in India in all legal aspects of its business that are assigned to him/her by the Head of Legal.
- Draft, review and provide advice on legal and contractual aspects of a variety of complex products and services contracts.
- Provide frontline support for negotiations, respond to inquiries regarding existing contract obligations and revisions, identify risks and issues, with a solution-oriented approach towards closure of transactions.
- Handle the Company Secretary function for Fiserv’s group entities in India including but limited to conduct board meetings, prepare minutes, resolutions and do oversee all regulatory and other filings as part of corporate governance/legal requirements.
Eligibility
- Qualifications LLB + Company Secretary with Minimum of 8 years PQE (Post qualification experience).
- Well versed with the payments/fintech industry will be great to have.
- To step forward and take up tasks and ownership when needed most will be welcome.
