Details of the Job/Internship

Flipkart is hiring Legal Counsel with the experience of 6 to 8 years to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Good acumen in the financial regulatory sector involving NBFC Compliance & Digital Lending.
• Understand financial constructs.
• Support team for drafting & Negotiations agreements in the space of Digital Lending & NBFC.
• Enable business without compromising on the process.
• Ability to multitask and be flexible to work in other Departments as well.
• Good team player with a collaborative approach in completing assignments.
• Meticulous and punctual.
• Leverage business understanding / functional expertise to deliver value to stakeholders

Eligibility

• LLB / L * LM from a reputed Law Colleges.
• 6 to 8 yrs of experience in the relevant role.
