Flutter Entertainment India is hiring a Legal Counsel with 5+ years of post-qualification experience to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide timely legal advice to leadership and corporate functions on Indian legislation.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, service, technology, supplier, consultancy, and employment agreements.
- Manage contract lifecycle including renewals, terminations, and enforcement.
- Embed GDPR and DPDP compliance into contractual templates and business practices.
- Design and implement company policies and legal training programs.
- Identify legal risks and implement mitigation strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Promote compliance and risk management best practices.
- Monitor legislative developments and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with global legal teams and support cross-functional initiatives.
Eligibility
- Indian qualified lawyer with 5+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in commercial contracts and employment law.
- Experience in multinational or technology-driven environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in top-tier law firms or multinational organisations preferred.
- In-house legal experience preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
