Fresenius Medical Care is hiring a Legal Counsel with 10 years of PQE to work at their Gurugram office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support on all commercial contracts and strategic initiatives.
- Manage disputes, regulatory investigations, and corporate governance matters.
- Offer legal support for M&A, restructuring, and data privacy matters.
- Ensure compliance with legal frameworks and provide proactive problem resolution.
- Collaborate with business teams and stakeholders across South Asia to implement legal strategies.
- Prepare and implement policies, procedures, and controls to enhance business operations.
- Act as a key legal partner and advisor for the South Asia Cluster.
Eligibility
- 10 years PQE.
- Experience as in-house counsel in an MNC or leading law firm.
- Experience in healthcare or similar industry is preferred.
- Strong contract negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to influence across all levels and simplify complex legal topics.
- Commercially-minded and solutions-driven approach.
