Details of the Job/Internship

G10X is hiring for the position of Legal Counsel to join their office in Kochi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate diverse commercial contracts, including MSAs, software licensing agreements, NDAs, MOUs, vendor agreements, SoWs, and SLAs.
• Identify, assess, and advise on legal and contractual risks.
• Ensure compliance with IT and data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, Indian IT Act) and manage cross-border compliance requirements.
• Partner with internal teams—sales, procurement, HR—on legal queries, governance, and employment-related documentation.
• Develop and update internal legal policies, playbooks, and templates.
• Support dispute resolution processes, including drafting legal notices and managing litigation records (if any).
• Maintain a central contracts database and ensure proper execution, storage, and tracking of agreements.
• Monitor legal and regulatory changes, providing timely updates and guidance.
