Details of the Job/Internship
Getinge is hiring a Legal Counsel with 10+ years of experience to support its business operations in India.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal support across corporate, governance, HR, finance, and commercial functions.
- Identify and advise on legal and regulatory risks.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
- Develop and update contract templates and legal processes.
- Implement global legal procedures and documentation standards.
- Conduct training on legal topics and compliance matters.
- Stay updated on applicable laws and regulatory developments.
- Support investigations and risk assessments with Ethics & Compliance teams.
- Collaborate with global and regional legal teams.
Eligibility
- Law degree with at least 10 years of legal experience.
- Minimum 5 years of in-house counsel experience.
- Experience in Life Sciences, Medical Devices, Pharma, or similar sectors.
- Strong knowledge of corporate, business, and commercial laws.
- Experience in international business environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
