Details of the Job/Internship

Gravity Team is hiring a Legal Counsel with over 5 years of experience to support its trading, payments, and digital asset activities. The role involves structuring OTC agreements, advising on regulatory frameworks, supporting market entry, and providing legal oversight across multiple jurisdictions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Structure, draft, and negotiate OTC trading agreements with institutional counterparties.
• Establish and support fiat settlement channels in emerging markets in compliance with local regulations.
• Develop, review, and manage client and partner contracts related to trading and payment activities.
• Provide legal support for product launches and localization across regulatory environments.
• Drive market entry and licensing initiatives, including onboarding and regulatory engagement.
• Advise on compliance and regulatory risks for OTC, payments, and digital asset services.
• Oversee AML-related legal services, including policies and contractual requirements.
• Provide practical legal and regulatory guidance to internal teams.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer with 5+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in OTC trading, payments, or digital asset markets.
• Expertise in drafting, negotiating, and managing OTC trading documentation.
• Strong knowledge of cross-border regulatory and licensing frameworks.
• Experience supporting market entry, licensing, and regulatory engagement in multiple jurisdictions.
• Familiarity with AML/KYC frameworks and related compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage legal aspects of client and partner contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
