Details of the Job/Internship
HARMAN India is hiring a Manager – Legal Counsel with over 12 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel on business and regulatory matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements.
- Support compliance, governance, and risk management initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal departments including marketing, finance, and operations.
- Coordinate with external counsel for legal matters and negotiations.
- Contribute to contract templates and legal process improvements.
- Deliver legal insights to support strategic decisions and operations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in the IT services sector.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders independently.
- Proficient in providing clear and practical legal advice.
