IDFC FIRST Bank is hiring a Senior Manager Legal Litigation with experience of 2–5 years to join their Legal Department in Kolkata.

Role and Responsibilities

• Providing advisory on legislative and regulatory expectations to Shared Services business units, specifically IT and ISG verticals.
• Coordinating and collating ad-hoc/indent requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders, especially IT and ISG.
• Reviewing policies, SOPs, and manuals from a legal advisory perspective in line with evolving jurisprudence and regulatory expectations.
• Guiding internal stakeholders on risks and mitigants while entering into partnerships and ventures.
• Safeguarding the bank’s interests during documentation, execution, and post-execution processes.

Eligibility

• Education Qualification (Full-time): Graduate and above.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, Engineering, Management or any other field.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years.

Salary/Stipend
