IDFC FIRST Bank is hiring a Senior Manager Legal Litigation with 2-5 years of experience to join their Legal Department. The role involves providing legal advisory support, safeguarding the bank’s interests in partnerships and ventures, and handling documentation, execution, and compliance. The position also requires expertise in drafting and negotiating IT and service contracts.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advisory on legislative and regulatory expectations to Shared Services business units, particularly IT and ISG.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, especially IT and ISG, on ad-hoc requirements.
• Review policies, SOPs, and manuals from a legal perspective in line with jurisprudence and evolving regulations.

Eligibility

• Graduate or above (Full-time) in any discipline such as Mathematics, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, Engineering, or Management.
• 2 to 5 years of total work experience.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating IT and service contracts.

Salary/Stipend
