IDFC FIRST Bank is hiring a Senior Manager Legal Litigation with 2–5 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai. The role involves guiding internal stakeholders on risks and mitigants in partnerships and ventures, safeguarding the bank’s interest during documentation and execution, and providing expertise in drafting and negotiating IT and service contracts.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide advisory on legislative and regulatory expectations to Shared Services business units, specifically IT and ISG verticals.
- Coordinate and collate ad-hoc/indent requirements with business stakeholders, especially IT and ISG.
- Review policies, SOPs, and manuals from a legal advisory perspective in line with evolving jurisprudence and regulatory expectations.
- Review, draft, and negotiate a range of commercial contracts including software agreements, hardware purchase agreements, multimedia agreements, services agreements, training and sponsorship agreements, renewals, amendments, schedules, termination letters, novation, and NDAs.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Master’s degree in Law.
- 2–5 years of total experience.
