Details of the Job/Internship

Informatica is hiring a Legal Counsel with experience of 2 to 4 years to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for product related technology transactions, including negotiating and drafting technology agreements for Cloud services, OEM, professional services and distribution/resell agreements.
• Advise business and technical colleagues on a broad range of legal subject areas, including general commercial, privacy, data protection and intellectual property issues Maintain relationships with partners in the Informatica teams to stay familiar with business plans and goals (and how these would affect Informatica's position in contract negotiations) Anticipate problems and initiate actions to ensure contractual issues are addressed.
• Help with license compliance initiatives. Collaborate with corporate legal on other areas of law according to local requirements (eg Privacy, Al employment, corporate governance).

Eligibility

• Bachelor's Degree in law or Juris Doctorate 2 to 4 years of relevant experience negotiating complex technology contracts gained from either in-house counsel or private practice.
• Drafting and negotiation skills with experience handling complex commercial agreements, including multi-channel distribution, software licencing, Cloud and services agreements Meticulously detailed in their work while maintaining a high-level view of the project.
