Details of the Job/Internship

Infosys Ltd. is hiring a Legal Counsel/Senior Legal Counsel with 4–8 years of experience to join their Mergers & Acquisitions legal team in Bangalore.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for M&A, investment, and corporate development activities.
• Draft, review, and negotiate M&A transaction documents including term sheets and definitive agreements.
• Lead M&A transactions from inception to closure.
• Liaise with external counsel for cross-border compliance and regulatory adherence.
• Support in managing global legal risks related to corporate development.

Eligibility

• Law graduate with 4–8 years of post-qualification experience.
• Prior experience in handling M&A transactions, due diligence, and legal drafting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage transaction closings independently.

Salary/Stipend
