Details of the Job/Internship

Infosys is hiring a Legal Counsel with experience of 3–5 years to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare memos on complex regulatory issues.
• Liaise with external counsel to support global regulatory compliance.
• Review and finalize employment policy documents and employment contracts.
• Negotiate with clients and partners to resolve contractual deadlocks.
• Advise stakeholders on employment transfer, termination, social security, and employee benefits issues.
• Prepare and approve responses for submission to courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities.
• Execute and coordinate litigation strategy with external counsel.
• Liaise with insurers to manage contentious matters.
• Contribute research papers to the legal knowledge repository.
• Provide training on employment law issues to internal stakeholders.

Eligibility

• Fully qualified lawyer with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Prior employment law experience preferred but not mandatory.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
