Details of the Job/Internship

Innotech Creditsea Platforms Private Limited is hiring a Legal Counsel to join their office in Raipur. The role involves managing legal, regulatory, and compliance matters related to digital lending operations, ensuring adherence to guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India, including the RBI Digital Lending Guidelines.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and vet legal documents including loan agreements, corporate guarantees, powers of attorney, vendor agreements, and Master Service Agreements.
• Handle borrower disputes, legal notices, and regulatory complaints filed before authorities such as the Reserve Bank of India, including CEPC complaints.
• Ensure internal policies remain aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Provide legal advisory on digital lending, recovery practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure company policies and operations comply with the RBI Digital Lending Guidelines and NBFC regulations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations issued by the Reserve Bank of India and other applicable regulatory authorities.
• Draft regulatory responses, settlement communications, and internal legal policies such as the Fair Practices Code.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.).
• Skills in contract drafting and regulatory compliance.
• Expertise in NBFC and fintech regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication skills to handle complaints.
