Details of the Job/Internship
Innovaccer is hiring for the position of Legal Counsel with 4-7 years of experience to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Negotiate sales contracts with US healthcare providers, payers, and pharma companies.
- Manage complex procurement and partnership agreements with US-based entities.
- Draft and negotiate procurement contracts with Indian vendors.
- Provide legal opinions on company policies, procedures, and compliance matters.
- Conduct regulatory research and monitor legal developments impacting the business.
- Liaise with external counsel on contracts, compliance, disputes, and IP-related issues.
- Identify opportunities to streamline legal processes and drive efficiency in contracting.
Eligibility
- 4–7 years of experience as a corporate/contract lawyer.
- Strong expertise in drafting and negotiating IT contracts, including SaaS, software licenses, and IT consulting services (especially with US clients).
- Exposure to healthcare or pharmaceutical industries (preferred).
- Experience with legal research and compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
