JSW Cement Ltd is hiring a Legal Counsel with experience of 4 to 5 years to join their office in Mumbai.
Eligibility
- 4-5years of PQE with focus on M&A in themanufacturing/infrastructure sector;
- skills to assist in full lifecycle of M&A deals from alegal point and handling associated litigationsthereafter;
- familiarity with FEMA and corporate laws.
- skills to advise on operational issues in assetsacquired.
