Details of the Job/Internship
Jurisiti is looking for candidates for the position of Senior Litigation Counsel or Litigation Counsel with 7 to 8 years of experience to join them at their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
As a pivotal member of our core team, you will manage high-stakes litigation matters, drive the firm’s success through your legal expertise, and provide exceptional service to clients in complex business, corporate, and commercial disputes.
Eligibility
- Experience: 7-8 years of focused litigation experience in corporate, commercial, civil, and business law, with proven expertise in commercial and civil litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
- Qualifications: Law degree from a Tier 1 law college.
- Skills:
- Exceptional courtroom presence and comprehensive knowledge of corporate, commercial, civil, and business law.
- Proficient in end-to-end document vetting, drafting, court litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
- Outstanding drafting skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, with strong ethics and rapid response times.
- Ability to handle complex legal disputes and deliver under tight deadlines with precision and efficiency.
- Location & Commitment: Full-time role requiring daily travel to our office in Dabri Mod, Janakpuri.
