Kenvue is hiring a Legal Counsel to join their office in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafts and executes complex legal documents such as contracts, settlement agreements, correspondence, and reports.
- Prepares agreements, instruments, documents, and pleadings related to litigation and non-litigation matters.
- Performs diverse and complex legal responsibilities within multiple specialty areas to serve business needs.
- Attends mediations, court conferences, and trials as a company representative.
- Acts as a business liaison between in-house counsel, outside counsel, affiliate companies, and other parties.
- Identifies and coordinates interactions with witnesses, consultants, and experts.
- Negotiates with and directs outside contacts, including outside counsel, governmental agencies, industry representatives, and trade associations.
- Provides research and support activities and advises company personnel to develop solutions on complex legal issues.
- Delivers training and reports related to specialty areas to employees, outside counsel, government agencies, and third parties.
