Details of the Job/Internship

Kenvue is hiring a Legal Counsel to join their legal team in Greater Mumbai with a hybrid work arrangement. 

Eligibility

• Draft and execute complex legal documents including contracts, settlements, and litigation pleadings.
• Prepare legal instruments and correspondence related to litigation and non-litigation matters.
• Represent the company at mediations, court conferences, and trials.
• Act as liaison between internal stakeholders, outside counsel, and third parties.
• Coordinate with witnesses, experts, and consultants.
• Negotiate with and direct interactions involving external agencies and legal representatives.
• Conduct legal research and provide advisory support across diverse legal issues.
• Deliver training and reports related to legal specialty areas.
