KKC is hiring a Legal Counsel to join their office in Karnal.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and official letters/emails to clients.
- Responding to legal queries or disputes raised by clients.
- Ensuring all communication is legally compliant and protects your company’s interests.
- Coordinating with project and procurement teams for clear, aligned communication.
- Handling notices, delays, penalties, or compliance issues.
Eligibility
- LLB (Bachelor of Laws) or LLM, preferably with specialization in construction or corporate law.
- Experience in real estate or the construction industry is a huge plus.
- Excellent written communication skills.
