Details of the Job/Internship

KRAFTON Inc. is hiring a Legal Counsel with 5 to 10 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts (NDAs, licensing, marketing, data privacy, etc.).
• Provide legal research and regulatory advice, particularly in TMT sectors.
• Handle litigation and law enforcement matters.
• Advise on compliance including employment, IP, and data protection (DPDPA).
• Support corporate structuring, FDI, and board operations.
• Collaborate with global teams on legal matters and product launches.
• Translate legal advice for business stakeholders.
• Perform other legal duties as assigned.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognized Indian university.
• Licensed to practice law in India.
• 5 to 10 years of post-qualification experience at a leading law firm or in-house legal department.
• Experience in media, technology, fintech, or telecommunications sectors preferred.
• Company Secretary qualification is a plus.
