Kratos Gamer Network (KGeN) is building a multi-chain gamer network aimed at becoming the home of global gamer data, owned by gamers. Its revolutionary Proof of Gamer (P.O.G) Engine allows gamers to build, own, and monetise their reputation, enabling game publishers to engage with precise gamer cohorts through a robust product stack. 

Details of the Job/Internship

Kratos Gamer Network is hiring a Legal Counsel with 2-10 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement legal frameworks, risk mitigation strategies, and governance structures to support business expansion across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ensure compliance with corporate laws, regulatory filings, board governance, and company secretarial functions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, investment contracts, partnerships, and licensing deals.
• Oversee regulatory compliance across India, Singapore, Brazil, BVI, Cayman Islands, Cyprus, and other key markets.
• Identify and mitigate potential legal, regulatory, and reputational risks.
• Work closely with founders, investors, external legal counsels, and regulatory authorities to safeguard the company’s interests.
• Manage legal disputes, arbitration, and liaise with external counsels for litigation matters.
• Ensure compliance with IP laws, trademarks, copyrights, and data privacy regulations relevant to the gaming and blockchain ecosystems.

Eligibility

• LLB/LLM from a recognized institution.
• 2-10 years of experience in corporate law, compliance, and governance, preferably in tech, gaming, Web3, or fintech industries.
• Expertise in corporate structuring, international regulatory compliance, and cross-border transactions.
• Strong experience in contract negotiation, M&A, and investment transactions.
• Familiarity with data privacy laws (GDPR, IT Act) and intellectual property protection.
• Prior experience managing multi-jurisdictional legal functions is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• This is a full-time on-site role; remote work is not available.

Salary/Stipend
