Powered by the innovative Proof of Gamer (P.O.G) Engine, KGeN empowers gamers to build, own, and monetize their gaming reputation. Their product stack facilitates deep value exchange between game publishers and gamer cohorts through precise data engagement.
Details of the Job/Internship
Kratos Gamer Network is hiring an Associate – Legal and Governance with 2–10 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement legal frameworks, governance structures, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with corporate laws and company secretarial functions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and licensing agreements.
- Oversee regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Identify and manage legal and reputational risks.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including investors and legal counsel.
- Manage disputes, litigation, and arbitration processes.
- Ensure adherence to IP and data privacy regulations.
Eligibility
- LLB/LLM from a recognized institution.
- 2–10 years of experience in corporate law, compliance, and governance.
- Preferably experienced in tech, gaming, Web3, or fintech sectors.
- Strong understanding of data privacy laws and IP protection.
- Experience in multi-jurisdictional legal matters is a plus.
