Details of the Job/Internship

LawFlex is hiring a Commercial Legal Counsel on a 6-month full-time contract to work with one of its international clients. The selected candidate will support commercial operations by handling contract negotiations, legal compliance, and internal policy matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts.
• Advise on legal risks and compliance for operational and procurement teams.
• Support corporate governance and internal policies.
• Ensure legal alignment with company objectives and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage legal documentation.

Eligibility

• LL.B. qualified and licensed to practice in India.
• 3+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong background in general commercial law.
• Excellent contract negotiation and drafting skills.
• Effective communication and ability to advise business stakeholders.
• Comfortable with a hybrid work setup (majorly on-site in Gurgaon).
