LawFlex is hiring for the position of Legal Counsel with 3 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in the review, negotiation, and management of commercial agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs.
- Conduct legal research and support regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Provide legal input on employment law matters and internal policy initiatives.
- Support contract lifecycle management and help implement legal technology tools.
- Assist with corporate governance, data protection (including GDPR/HIPAA), and IP compliance.
- Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders including procurement, sales, HR, and compliance teams.
Eligibility
- Qualified lawyer (newly qualified to 3 years’ PQE).
- Prior in-house or internship experience in technology, IT, or consulting sectors preferred.
- Strong understanding of commercial contracts and corporate legal frameworks.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid and fast-paced environment.
