Details of the Job/Internship
Legodesk is hiring a Legal Counsel to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Managing litigation cases and representing clients in court.
- Drafting legal notices, pleadings, and contracts.
- Conducting in-depth legal research.
- Liaising with clients and assisting with case management.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legal guidelines and procedures.
Eligibility
- Strong knowledge and experience in litigation management and case representation in Indian courts.
- Proficiency in legal research, drafting legal notices, pleadings, and preparing contracts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain legal terms clearly to clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively with legal teams and clients while providing strategic legal advice.
- Proficiency in using legal technology tools and platforms.
- LL.B. degree or equivalent and enrollment with the State Bar Council.
- Prior experience in corporate litigation or financial services is a plus.
