Details of the Job/Internship

L.E.K. Consulting is seeking a Legal Counsel with 3–5 years of PQE to support its business in Singapore, Mumbai, and potentially other APAC offices. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts including NDAs, engagement letters, and MSAs.
• Manage the full lifecycle of contracts and maintain contract registers and templates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance and support business goals.
• Assist in developing training materials and contribute to global legal projects.
• Support APAC General Counsel in regional legal initiatives.

Eligibility

• LLB degree with strong academic credentials.
• Licensed to practice law in Mumbai.
• 3–5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong experience in contract negotiation and legal advisory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with legal technology solutions is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
