Details of the Job/Internship

Lex Chambers is hiring a Legal Counsel with 4–6 years of experience to join their Corporate Commercial and General Corporate team in New Delhi. The role includes drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial contracts, and handling M&A, joint ventures, private equity, and other corporate transactions. The candidate will be required to maintain client relations independently and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Draft, negotiate, and review commercial contracts.
• Handle M&A, joint venture, private equity, and other corporate transactions.
• Maintain client relations and expectations independently.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Eligibility

• 4–6 years of experience in corporate commercial and general corporate matters.
• Prior experience in a law firm.
• Experience in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial contracts.
• Strong knowledge of M&A, joint ventures, private equity, and corporate transactions.
• Attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage client expectations independently.
• Capability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary/Stipend
