Role and Responsibilities

• Manage the team efficiently in order to ensure that the team delivers outstanding advice to internal customers.
• The candidate should be able to lead strategic efforts for the business.
• The Candidate should be able to provide timely legal advice to senior management on a variety of legal matters.
• The candidate should be kept abreast of regulatory requirements and emphasize the potential risks/focus on risk mitigation strategies.
• The Candidate must manage the intellectual property portfolio of a company.
• The Candidate should be able to Manage mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities from a legal perspective
• The candidate ensures that negotiates big deals/transactions with our company's safety in mind.
• The candidate should be proficient in time-to-time review and create policies from a legal point of view. 
• The Candidate should be able to lead the corporate governance efforts;
• The Candidate must manage dispute resolution and litigation for vendors, Customers, and Employees;
• The candidate should be proficient in drafting agreements and opinions from time to time;
• The Candidate should be able to assist in the work and guidance of C-level executives within the organization;
• The Candidate must have immense ability to serve expert legal advice so you can make smart business decisions that are in line with the law.
