Details of the Job/Internship

magicpin is hiring a Compliance & Legal Manager to oversee regulatory and legal compliance initiatives.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and vet contracts to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive compliance program.
• Provide cost-effective compliance solutions and guidance on risk management.
• Assess, prioritize, and manage compliance risks; establish policies and procedures.
• Identify, prevent, detect, and correct non-compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee third-party audits, examinations, and regulatory inspections.
• Advise management and employees on ethics, business conduct, and compliance.
• Develop and implement compliance training programs for staff.
• Stay updated on regulatory and legal developments affecting compliance.
• Ensure product compliance, including with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
• Maintain and update the Compliance Manual; inform management of regulatory changes.
