Details of the Job/Internship
Mahindra Logistics is hiring a Legal Counsel / Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Legal with 4–6 years of experience to join their Gurugram office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, vet, negotiate, and execute commercial contracts with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage disputes and recovery matters, including coordination with external counsels.
- Liaise with government authorities, local bodies, and external agencies on compliance and legal matters.
- Draft and respond to legal and demand notices.
- Maintain legal MIS, repositories, and dashboards for senior management.
- Collaborate with business, operations, and finance teams to ensure legal alignment across processes.
- Utilize CLM tools or similar systems for contract lifecycle management (preferred).
Eligibility
- Law graduate (LL.B/LL.M).
- 4–6 years of corporate legal experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or transportation sectors.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be based in Gurugram.
