Details of the Job/Internship
Momentum is hiring a Legal Consultant to support drafting and review of wills, powers of attorney, and legal documents.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and finalize wills, POAs, and other legal documents.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper structuring of legal documents.
- Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide legal guidance.
- Assist in will registration processes and documentation submissions.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws.
- Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive legal information.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Eligibility
- Proven experience in drafting wills, POAs, and legal documentation.
- Experience with UAE legal frameworks is preferred.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and documentation standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- LLB or equivalent degree preferred.
- Experience with DIFC or international will registration frameworks is an advantage.
