Details of the Job/Internship

Nature Morte is hiring a Legal Counsel to join their office in South Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
• Provide legal advice to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Prepare and review legal documentation.
• Manage legal risks associated with gallery operations.
• Liaise with external legal advisors.
• Support leadership on legal and regulatory matters.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent.
• Proficiency in handling legal issues.
• Strong skills in contract negotiation and legal advisory.
• Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Understanding of compliance and risk management (preferred in art or cultural sectors).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Salary/Stipend
