NKT is hiring a Group Legal Counsel with 5–8 years of experience to join their Corporate Affairs team in Chennai, providing strategic legal guidance across international contracts and jurisdictions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and advise on a wide range of commercial contracts.
• Manage disputes and lead negotiations.
• Support corporate legal tasks and governance.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders across functions.
• Deliver legal training to managers and colleagues.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
• 5–8 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or large international company.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with international commercial contracts and negotiations.
• Familiarity with public procurement processes.

Salary/Stipend
