Details of the Job/Internship
noon is hiring a Legal Counsel to support its business verticals and functional teams in Gurgaon.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day legal support, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
- Lead negotiations on non-standard contracts and escalate complex issues to senior legal leadership.
- Deliver proactive, business-focused legal advice to stakeholders, finance, and operations teams.
- Apply approved templates, playbooks, and decision frameworks to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Identify and manage operational legal risks and flag recurring or emerging issues.
- Support dispute management, claims assessment, and pre-litigation settlements under supervision.
- Ensure adherence to defined turnaround times, prioritisation frameworks, and quality standards.
- Escalate non-standard terms, risk deviations, and execution issues as required.
Eligibility
- 3–6 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong experience in corporate, commercial, IP, and contract matters.
- Hands-on experience with MSAs, supply agreements, lease agreements, influencer engagements, and CLMs.
- Preferable experience in e-commerce, retail, or banking sectors.
- Experience at a top law firm and/or in a fast-paced in-house legal environment.
- Regional experience in UAE, KSA, and/or Egypt is an added advantage.
- High ownership, attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.
