Details of the Job/Internship

noon is hiring for the position of Legal Counsel with experience of 3-6 years to join their Gurugram office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide counsel and guidance to business teams on corporate commercial and contractual matters, and day-to-day legal issues and participate in contract review and negotiation to ensure that the best interests of noon are protected and secured.
• Advise decision-makers within the business to enable them to make risk-based decisions.
• Advise the business on legal interpretations, internal standards and practices, new business initiatives, and other commercial and regulatory matters.
• Provide legal training to the business and be a knowledge hub of best practices.
• Engage and work closely with business and other functional teams within noon in order to help deliver transactions successfully (finance, tax, and human resources).
