Details of the Job/Internship

Oraiyan Group is hiring a Legal Counsel to join their office in Bengaluru.

Eligibility

• Handle the team, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Ensure the department is functioning smoothly.
• Discuss with the Management for improvements & ideas.
• Mentor the team and drive the department's overall performance as per the company's requirements.
• Guide, mentor, coach, and advise team members to learn and adapt to organizational development changes. 
• Advise on all legal inquiries from customers accordingly
• Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for real estate transactions. 
• Discuss with the Management legal concerns about business execution.
• Represent the company in purchases and sale of properties.
• Support legal and general advisory needs associated with a large-scale real estate portfolio.
• Perform legal action on notices on all legal matters with various courts & forums.
• Handle company registration, license, renewal, and any business requirements for legal advice.
• Coordinate with inter-department for smooth registration.
• Drafting and vetting contracts and conveyance documents.
• Participate in site visits to support sales & CRM team to complete the sale of properties Prepare monthly reports.

Salary/Stipend
