Details of the Job/Internship
OSI Systems is hiring a Legal Counsel with experience of 10 years to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
Areas of experience:
- Complex transactions.
- Government contracting, public procurement.
- Construction.
- International business, including with U.S. or E.U.-based entities.
- Litigation management.
- Tax experience desired.
Personal skills/qualities:
- Highest standards of ethics.
- Highly organized, and process-oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- English fluency.
- Flexibility in approach, creativity in solutions.
- Willingness on occasion to hold discussions during U.S. or E.U. business hours.
Eligibility
- Degree in law from a prestigious institution.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Successful experience managing staff, including senior staff.
