Details of the Job/Internship

OSI Systems Inc. is hiring a Legal Counsel with 10 years of experience to join them in their New Delhi office.

Role and Responsibilities

Areas of experience:

• Complex transactions.
• Government contracting, public procurement.
• Construction.
• International business, including with U.S. or E.U. based entities.
• Litigation management.
• Tax experience desired.   

Personal skills/qualities:

• Highest standards of ethics.
• Highly organized, process oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• English fluency.
• Flexibility in approach, creativity in solutions.
• Willingness on occasion to hold discussions during U.S. or E.U. business hours.

Eligibility

• Degree in law from a prestigious institution.
• At least 10 years relevant experience.
• Successful experience managing staff, including senior staff.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
